언론 매체의 RSS를 이용하기 위해 만든 페이지입니다.

그동안 이상 없이 열렸는데
PHP 8.3.1을 update 하고 며칠 경과한 후, 아래와 같이 Server Error만  나타납니다.

어디를 어떻게 수정해야 하는지요?
고수님들의 조언을 부탁합니다.
